Reminders for those Grieving

1. There is no set time limit for grieving

2. There is no right or wrong way to grieve

3. While grieving your emotions and behaviors may be all over the place (ex. yelling or lashing out at loved ones, crying over spilled water; feel angry, guilt, fear)


Remember, take one breath at a time, one minute at a time and one step at a time.
